The key is regular work-outs, but never overdo your abdomen or stomach muscles so you don&#8217;t injure yourself. Just ease into a solid exercise routine; and then address your diet and metabolism along the way. Be sure to include an overall strength workout for your body so you have good balance. </p>
<p>Getting a six pack is a long term goal it takes time.
